Dining options were horrible. Only served buffet and was terribly expensive.

This a very nice place to stay. It is an easy walk to catch the train to the Central Station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was so quiet we were able to 9 hours. Loved the shower. It was big with great water pressure. Would stay there again.

There are many stairs between the hotel and Metro station. The hotel room have many lights are not working. It is very dark in the room.

We were worried that this hotel was going to be too far out of the city centre but the trains were a quick and easy way to get about. The hotel amenities were great and we enjoyed a coffee beside the canal each morning before we started our day.

Hotel was fine for a couple nights. Front desk staff and dining staff should smile more. Not very hospitable.

I didn’t feel comfortable with my stay here . Travelled with two young children , no proper support and not a great stay. I did a non refundable booking , else would not have stepped in . They made me pay additional charges for kids , and staff were impatient and not so polite

I really enjoyed our stay at the Mercury Amsterdam City Hotel. The hotel was convenient and the staff was very lovely and helpful to my family. The room was perfect for my family and very quiet.
