Rather than staying in Amsterdam city centre this trip I tried the Ibis, about five kilometres out. The room was very clean, comfortable and functional. The staff are amazing looking after all my requests. The bus transportation is excellent leaving from across the street every fifteen minutes ( a little longer at times in the weekend) then only a fifteen minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal. A no-frills hotel, that provided a clean room and basic amenities during our stay. Public transport was close by and easy to access. No complaints. Thank you

Decent.

Decent location on outskirts of centre, easy no.22 bus to central station from outside or metro from nearby station. No tea and coffee making facilities in room a bit of a let down but otherwise all good.

Good for value and decent access to public transportation metro and bus and u can go all over.. Staff are very helpful

Staff weren’t very Informative to assist with first time Amsterdam travellers that didn’t understand the subway/bus routes. They just pointed to the bus stops. The hotel itself was bland and lacked necessities like extra towels and pillows. The room was freezing cold with no extra blankets or heating. Wasn’t surprised by this as we didn’t pay a lot but lacking the bare minimum was disappointing.
