The a/c didn't work unfortunately, but room had a great view. it never got below 20 Celsius although thermostat was set to 16 Celsius. But check in was easy and staff were very kind.

Hotel was very modern and breakfast was great !
Room was spacious, sofa bed was useful.
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful especially Alithia :-)

Great area to stay, super convenient to get around, tram trains are within one block.
All the staffs are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I have to shout out especially to Pedra and Judit at the front desk. I encounter some issues during the stay and they resolved it professionally, easy to communicate, very patient. leaving me with great experience during my first visit in Amsterdam. I will share to everyone and will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you!
