This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - the toilet was ridiculously small, you touch the wall when you are using it is so small. The sink was placed within the room as did not fit into the bathroom area - not as advertised in the photos. Some people would not be able to fit into the toilet all. There is mould on bathroom ceiling. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable . Mattress was old and beyond its lifespan. On day of arrival room was not clean.

Perfect location for seeing all of Amsterdam!! The staff was great especially Tom who is in training in the hospitality field. He will do well!!

Floors were off balance, rooms were very small and low quality, very over priced, but the convince of the hotel being near every thing was nice

We struggled to find the best area before we booked but this hotel is in the Best Location in Amsterdam
Virtually on Dam Square, easy walk to most areas or the train at Centraal or Rokin
Great staff, get a city view room (ours was 103 and it was perfect)
Really nice hotel for a City break .. staff and Dining were bang on!!

The room we stayed in here was the smallest room and the smallest bathroom we have ever encountered. Having cruised on over 35 ships, not one had a room or bathroom this small. It is in a great location.

very convenient location in the middle of the city with many places in walkable distance.
Great Breakfast to start the day with.
rooms are very small "cozy" would be the nice word.
shower is very small; water pressure is low, and nothing dries out in there.
