Best location: 10 mins walk to Amsterdam Central Train Station, Red Light District, Chinese Town ect. Staff are nice and helpful. Beds are too soft, bathtub glasses is unable to stop the water falling outside.

Staff went above and beyond with helpful information, rooms were on the small side but very clean

This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - the toilet was ridiculously small, you touch the wall when you are using it is so small. The sink was placed within the room as did not fit into the bathroom area - not as advertised in the photos. Some people would not be able to fit into the toilet all. There is mould on bathroom ceiling. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable . Mattress was old and beyond its lifespan. On day of arrival room was not clean.

Perfect location for seeing all of Amsterdam!! The staff was great especially Tom who is in training in the hospitality field. He will do well!!
