One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help.
Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out.

Although it was very clean, the rooms were unbearably small, especially if you're a family of 3.

Warm and comfortable. Pizza machine in reception area very good idea. Very close to tram station for easy access to Amsterdam town.
Breakfast ok but no toaster. No hot food available.
No English tv channels.
