Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes.

CityDen offers a great accomodation within 20 minutes from the tourist destinations within Amsterdam. I would definitely return to the aparthotel if I return back with the family.

Cleaning service was not daily. Location is good. Nearby tram station. Hotel is modern.

I was not sure if the sheets had been cleaned or changed before we arrived. They were smelly.

My family of three have a nice stay at Cityden. The tram station nearby connected us to the city with a more reasonable accommodation fee.

Bit too far out of the city. Nice and clean. Beds are fancy but very inconvenient to get into. Check in is a mess and long (probably country specific). Random advance charging for parking even if we had no car.
