Hotel is quite close to golden temple which is big plus. But hotel was not clean. Linen and pillow cover were looking so dirty that u won’t feel like sleeping on same. Credit card does not work there.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money on this hotel , Nothing is worth there calling this place as hotel . And don’t believe what they show you in pictures on websites . Their all selling tools and not real stuff .

Bait and switch

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything. But basics in understanding of customer service, cleanliness and upkeep of rooms
Location: Golden Temple, Partition Museum, Jalianwalla Bagh, Hall Market
Good location, but terrible in terms of upkeep, cleanliness and understanding of what service means. The hotel rating is definitely not a 3 star as described. The bedsheets were soiled, the bathroom uncleaned. There were no sheets and just blanket to pull over.

Do not stay here!

Was greeted at the hotel by the last friendly people I've come across while in India. They did not initially have record of my booking through Expedia and made me feel like I was causing them a great inconvenience in having to find it. When I finally managed to check in, I was shown to a room, which wasn't at all clean. The water was not hot and sometimes ran black briefly, there were ants crawling over the walls and no towels were provided. There was also no duvet in the room. The staff did not seem concerned about any of this... Finding a blanket in the cupboard, I surprisingly managed to get a good night's sleep. Given the cleanliness of the room, I couldn't imagine what the kitchen might have looked like, so despite paying for breakfast with the room, I decided to go elsewhere.

Pros: NEAR TO GOLDEN TEMPLE AND STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL...
Location: GOLDEN TEMPLE, JALLIANAN WALA BAGH, MCD,PIZZAHUT..A LOTS OF PLACE NEAR TO OUR HOTEL
NEAR BY GOLDEN TEMPLE ...AWESOME STAY HERE... 402 ROOM WAS BRILLIENT..NICE VIEW..5 MIN DISTANCE FOR GOLDEN TEMPLE..MEMORABLE STAY HERE..

Hotel close to golden temple only a 5 minute walk.

Terrible place to stop especially for single girls or ladies. Stopped on 4th floor we were family of four . Thinking it was close to golden temple and 20 minutes to airport would be ideal hotel. We fell asleep early as we had a early flight to catch at 10.30pm we heard loud noises and realised someone was trying to break in to our room luckily my husband had the door locked from the inside too and as we started to shout we heard them run off. We rang reception and were told they come and have a look .we heard nothing after that not even a call from reception to say if all ok. To be honest it could of been the staff at hotel who have duplicate keys to the rooms. We would never ever recommend hotel robin to even our worst enemy. Stay away

Terrible experience

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and were out by 8am. We regretted staying at the hotel. The bed and bedsheets were old in bad shape. The staff was unfriendly. It was a cold night and when I asked for a room heater, they said they didn't have one but will provide extra blanket. However, after 30 minutes of waiting and phone from room not working, I had to go to front desk to remind them. There was no soap in the bathroom and when asked they gave me one and hesitated when I asked for a another. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

NICE HOTEL WITH PROXIMITY TO THE GOLDEN TEMPLE

Location: Near Jallianwala Bagh, Exactly opposite McDonalds....
We really had a very nice stay at hotel robin, staff is very good , lady at the reception is of very helpful nature.. very close to jallianwala bagh, golden temple and market, all eateries are available there nearby the hotel. macd, subway, dominos ... would recommnd this hotel..
