Brand new hotel out of centre location lots of building work going on in area

We were unable to sleep as we were given the room next to the lift which went off all night.
The restaurant is not suitable for vegetarians.

Hello, We are sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. However, regarding the noise heard in your room, if it was really disturbing you could have come and spoken directly to reception and we would have seen if it was possible to change your room. As for the restaurant, it is a bistrot régent which is mainly known for its quality meat, but it does offer a vegetarian menu which is not its speciality.Have a nice day. The reception.
