This property needs work. It doesn’t feel clean. Outside door entrances are filthy. I would not recommend this prooerty

Evening Front Desk staff friendly, am not so much. While the room was clean the paint was peeling off the wall, the ceiling was cracked and bubbled in many places. It works for an overnight stop.

Requested handicap room due to physical limitations. We were placed on 2nd floor with no elevator. TV was inoperable. It took several hours to be replaced. Door lock inoperable and deadbolt broken. We were aware all night because door would not shut properly. Neighbors in adjoining room stood outside our door all night for 2 nights yelling to top of their voice. Traffic noise horrible due to door ajar. Complains was made at check in to desk clerk. Supposedly we were to be assigned another room. Never happened. Called and complained about yelling outside of room. No resolution. This is the final time I will ever use Expedia again. I have been more than generous giving you opportunities to improve. This is the third reservation through you in twelve months and every one of them have had severe problems and I was given no credit or renumeration.

Room was tiny, no closet, no tv remote, no ice bucket and only 2 lamps for light. Breakfast was ridiculous and horrid and included nothing hot. The only positive item to mention was a comfortable bed. This property was very overpriced for what we received. TERRIBLE!
