Great location in Grasmere. Hotel full of character. Staff all helpful & friendly

Lovely stay!
Posted 5 Nov 2023 on HotelsReally good stay! The shepherd’s hut was lovely and cosy. There is no TV in there which wasn’t a problem for us but just something to be aware of. The breakfast was excellent, as were the staff.

Location was great, and our room was nicely furnished with a beautiful view. The bathroom was very well appointed.
I didn't like that we had to reserve a specific time for breakfast.

Best place to stay in the area.
It is a Stunning property very well managed and maintained. Excellent breakfast, very helpful and polite staff. You can walk to the main market n restaurant.
We are surely going to come back 🤗.
They also have family rooms/ villas for large families.
