Good stay with lots of activities to indulge the guests and make their stay more comfortable

Luxurious property in backwaters

Stayed here for a night during our Kerala trip. The property is very well maintained and all rooms had a backwater view. The check in was smooth. There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money. Wish we could stay longer. Next time maybe

This is a 5 star property only due to location. The service was very poor and disappointing. 1. In the dinner buffet, the food was spilled on floor and no one came to clean it even after saying 2-3 times. 2. We were not served rotis/breads even after waiting for 20-25 minutes and all the vegetables is our plate became cold till then. 3. We got water and cutlery after asking thrice for it, which should be kept in advance ideally. 4. In the room service, we got the wrong drinks 3 times. 5. In the breakfast buffet, there were very few options to eat and the cutlery problem was the same. We had only 2 spoons amoung 4 members and noone gave as they busy with other stuff. 6. We asked for interconnected rooms 10 days before check-in and the staff confirmed it too. But, noone gave it at the moment and the reception guys denied that the info. wasn't passed to them. 7. The wifi signal was very poor and we were dependent on mobile data throughout our stay. Due to long weekend, the property was sold out and they were not able to manage even the basic things. There was hustle and bustle everywhere within the staff and they didn't have a second to listen to you. It was a terrible experience and we won't recommend it. COMPLETE MONEY WASTAGE.

Good stay - for morning walking wonderful space - overall food quality is ok - toilet flush system has to be changed

Stay away from this property.

Damp rooms, broken air conditioner, mediocre buffet breakfast. We thought of leaving after being shown to our room but decided against it because this was our last stop. Only good thing to say was the complimentary boat ride and the service. Was told that all other rooms were booked by a travel group. The air conditioner in our room was broken and kept leaking water on the floor and making loud noises. Had to wake up every few hours in the night to turn off. Almost no Wi-Fi connectivity either. 2 star property at best. Totally not worth the money.
