A room smoking by accident online.....i ask for too be moves refused...i stay many many years.....every time i go through i have never be so disappointed ..or had issue.....ever .... Amazing princess to wear that I'm allergic to smoke I was sick all night with my asthma. Did not sleep was the whole point the toilet and tum.was dirty and toilet was.loose ...only time of disappintment

Older place but large and hospitable. Could use some deep cleaning.

Smelled like smoke and when I sprayed febreeze I couldn’t get out the smoke smell. The curtains,chairs and comforter was dirty and needs to be replaced,as well as the door knob which was partially hanging out the door.i stayed in room 128.

Had someone across from room asking if “do you have the beans?” Didn’t know what he meant.
Also the first night had someone knocking on my room door past midnight

Bathroom fittings was rusty. Light bulbs were out, 4 out of 6. Needs more attention from management.
