Jippus galaxy - terrible experience.

Not clean rooms, no AC and even if you try to update to AC rooms, there is a lot of hassle, as the hotel staff only provides you for the services you've booked online, if you wish to upgrade to a better room, you cannot. No tv, no wifi, no intercom, no lifts and no bellboy, so you need to pick up your luggage and walk through stairs on your own, if you get a room on a higher floor, it is not going to be convenient. Concierge staff are unreliable, whatever they tell you regarding checkout time, services in room, do not trust them, rather double check with internet as well. No cloth hanging hooks provided in room, just a long rail in room and restroom each. I'd rather recommend everyone the hotel golden terminal at nedumbassery, which is just 1.2 km ahead of jippus galaxy hotel.

a group of 6 members booked non ac rooms for two days and argued about ac rooms , we agreed to provide ac rooms,after a day they agin made dispute the ac is not functioning , if ac is not working ,they should checked out early as possible but they stayed till night, it is far behind their check out time and argued that they just pay one day rent,but they already booked for two days insted, how we are going make up for their gst and all if they do not want to stay it is best to check out as early as possible,the disobediant children jointly made altercation with all staffs without giving us a chance to reply,finally owner prepaird to scarifice the ac charges, and also allowed that they can stay in another room they were very adament to accept the same. asked them to we will speak to a single person,but they continued their dispute just like quarreling birds with hidden agendA.

It was veey dirty room, no AC , no fan , No Lift, no man to take the luggage, only receptionist, no helf from himel. It was a terrible for us to stay one nights

The location is very convenient for travel to/from airport, but there is no good eating place nearby, particularly for a vegetarian. I had sought a a/c room and the tariff was agreed but when it came to check-in I was told my booking is for non-ac room. Finally I had to shell out another Rs.500/- for AC.
