We ended up with a handicap room. The ceiling tiles were stain. The shower had very very poor water pressure and stained shower walls. The shower room’s wall was damaged. Also, the water leaked out into the bathroom floor. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. Its quality is very poor and not up to standards! Also, the pool and hot tubs are never open for the last few years. I won’t plan staying here in the future!

Bring a pillow and all toiletries!
Posted 4 Mar 2024 on HotelsI’ve stayed here before without issue, but I won’t be back. All feather pillows were flat. I would expect complimentary toiletries, so I didn’t pack any. My room had no shampoo or conditioner, so I used what was left of the shower gel to wash my hair. Couldn’t call for more pillows from the room phone because the phone had no cord. Not the standard I think of for a Hampton Inn.

Neighbors dog barked and barked
Posted 12 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was just so so. We decided to eat elsewhere. The area around the tub was mildewed. They allow pets and a big dog was barking every time it heard a sound. It was awful.
