We ended up with a handicap room. The ceiling tiles were stain. The shower had very very poor water pressure and stained shower walls. The shower room’s wall was damaged. Also, the water leaked out into the bathroom floor. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. Its quality is very poor and not up to standards! Also, the pool and hot tubs are never open for the last few years. I won’t plan staying here in the future!

Neighbors dog barked and barked
Posted 12 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was just so so. We decided to eat elsewhere. The area around the tub was mildewed. They allow pets and a big dog was barking every time it heard a sound. It was awful.

Door locks worked sometime. Other room door locks were pulled from the doors. Pool and hot tube inoperative. Computers were down at checkout.

Just ok
Posted 10 Oct 2023 on HotelsOverall just ok. Shower in our room wasn’t clean, check in process was rough, lost our info and had someone trying to get into our room one afternoon even with the DND sign hooked to our door.
