Location is awesome being right in the middle of the old town and within 10min walk from the train station. Service was good and the staff tried to help us sometimes with limited success due to our not speaking anything but english. Breakfast option was limited for vegans but they provided soy/oat milk for us.
All in all it was a positive experience and we will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed that the hotel was located in an enclosed section with various shopping experiences, restaurants right outside the door, and drinking water from the fountains. That was an experience.

We spent a very comfortable night at this hotel. It is right in the old town and was. Ideally located for the Bernina Express early in the morning. Breakfast was very good.

I thought it was a hotel ….no private toilet or shower , no towels or wash cloths, unfriendly welcome …basically let ourself in…the only good thing was a somewhat decent breakfast. For tge price it was a horrible “hotel”?

It is a wonderful hotel with an incredible staff. Anna was beyond amazing and accommodating during our stay. She even helped give us directions and suggestions before we even arrived. The breakfast was perfect and had a lot of variety, and she even offered delicious, fresh, personalized coffee. The room was clean, and there was a cozy balcony where you could see mountains in the distance. We were able to walk to the train station in about 10 minutes, but there is also a bus that you can take even closer. There were restaurants next door and all along a cobblestone street. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we travel to Europe. The most friendly and helpful staff we have found on our European trip so far.
