We never checked in because they never received our reservation from Expedia and they were full. I called Expedia and after multiple chats and being put on hold several times ….. 45 minutes later we still had no room and Expedia said they would “cancel” the reservation. You can not cancel what did not exist. No offer to help us find another place. We found another motel ourselves. Poorly handled Expedia……. Poorly Handled!

The shower tiles/caulking were in pretty rough shape but the place was very clean

Air in room isn’t clean. It feels dirty and you wake up congested
