The property was convenient for our stay in the area. the staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Absolutely disgusted by this hotel. Very dirty . And no pool even after we talked to them prior to make sure there was a pool available and was never told upon checking in either we didn’t find out till we went down to take kids swimming … and they doubled charged my card 4 times . Requested full refund and never got it … never stay there

Evelyn checked me in and found a small error with my check in. She went above and beyond to correct the situation for me without hesitation.
She provided me with conversation as i waited.
She gave off such a warm welcome.
True customer service.

Not dirty, but not quite clean either. Lots of maintenance issues need addressed making the hotel look worse.

Great experience. Rooms were ready at check in, breakfast options were good, staff was very friendly And helpful.
