Very dissapointed. Feels like I've been cheated

Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. Came by 9pm with 3 little hungry kids and the restaurant was already closed. Nice and huge bath in one of the room, like a little swimming pool.

You have booked our suite for 5 people and also get, that means you had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the rooms have a corridor, which can be locked separately. So you have peace and quiet in front of the guests from the other rooms. All this you got for a price of 175.01 euros. Our TV in the entire hotel work flawlessly. If something was missing in the room, you would like to have things brought by the staff. Our breakfast is also very rich, so you get at least 8 kinds of sausage, liver sausage, tea sausage, salami, mortadella, Ham sausage with peppers, boiled ham, raw ham, etc. Then there is smoked salmon, Gouda, Tilsiter, Maasdamer, franz. Brie, cream cheese in at least 5 varieties. Herb quark, natural yogurt, fruit yoghurt, 4 kinds of jam, Nutella, corn flakes, 2 types of cereal, apple juice, orange juice, milk, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 5 kinds of bread, fresh fruits like Apples, pears, slices of orange, watermelon slices etc. what should we serve on your next visit? Also, our colleagues are allowed to go to a well-deserved end of work after a very busy working day, which is at least 10 hours long. Book a 5 star hotel on your next stay if you have such high expectations.

Small town hotel

Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl, was bei Hotels dieser Kategorie in MV nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und bieten Unterstützung an. Leider ist das Restaurant im Hotel geschlossen, was vorab nicht ersichtlich war. Die Schließkarten für Eingangs- und Zimmertür funktionieren nur mit gutem Zureden. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmt insgesamt aus meiner Sicht nicht.
