La estancia en el hotel fue buena, empezando por el personal del Front Desk Marivi fue excelente y en todo momento respondió todas mis preguntas con mucho profesionalismo 👍 en él área de Housekeeping mención especial a Viuca que a pesar que es un trabajo duro todos los días dejaba mi habitación impecable, he trabajo por años en la industria hotelera de Las Vegas y siento que está preparada para trabajar directamente con las suites y los VIP. Food and beverages excelente 👍 Definitivamente es un hotel para regresar 😊🌸

Not going back

I was there last October, got a standard room and got a room with a ocean view, this time I got the same type of room and got a highway view very noisy, I ask to be changed and I was told that I had to pay extra, I am not going back

A pleasant break from the norm

Wonderful hotel. Well located with friendly staff. Beautiful location near to the sea. Food excellent but hot food not hot enough for me. Rooms lovely and well thought out and decorated. English TV . Bar very nice but coffee cold at times .Our room was next to lifts and noisy because of that . Parking good.

Very nice beachfront hotel. Lovely pool and views. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room well decorated and exceptionally clean. Good bathroom. Large TV with huge choice of international channels including UK Breakfast - excellent choices and efficient service. Free on-site parking. Laundry facilities (individual and per bag). Lively pool bar with nightly entertainment - friendly staff. Music loud in rooms until midnight - quiet afterwards. Not quite sure what the “Guest experience” desk does, as every time I had a query they referred me to reception.
