The manager didn’t ask for my ID and credit card upon checkin. The room phones didn’t work. When I called the front desk from my cell about it, the manager was very rude. ‘Landlines are obsolete and everyone has cell phones.’ When I tried to call the front desk several times on checkout day, there was no answer and the voicemail was full. There were some bugs in the bathroom. There were 3 guys hanging out and smoking near the side door, day and night. There was trash scattered across the parking lot. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning worked well. I would not stay here again.

The stay was good, it was quiet and the staff were friendly. The only problem was that I found two cockaroaches in my room.

Hotel was not as pictured online. Water temperature in restroom was “warm” not hot..

This hotel was NOT worth what we paid per night. It is absolutely an OLD hotel. The room smells like old furniture and mildew. The mattress is about 20 years old, sinking in the middle, and the box spring is coming apart. The curtains were ripped in several places. The room door appeared as though it had been kicked, and no one bothered to repair it. This is a $59 to $70 per night hotel, not $200 or more! An absolute DISAPPOINTMENT👎👎. Also, there is no elevator, so don't come with a lot of luggage, I'm just saying. The pictures that are advertised for this hotel are buy-bait.

My partner and I had a long day of traveling and looked forward to a comfy and clean place to rest. Our check in went smooth and the front desk person was sweet. We headed up to our room and the first thing we saw were cockroaches on our door. We took pictures of them and immediately asked for a refund. We were refused a refund and had to get a different room. I would not recommend this hotel. The information listed on your website and reviews were misleading. We had a terrible stay and recommend people to bring their business somewhere else if they prefer cleaner places. It also was more expensive than surrounding hotels.

Had a short stay but very nice room. Clean and staff was helpful. The kiddos enjoyed the breakfast a lot!!!!
