Good but not good enough

This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

broken bath, very dirty, bad conditions of the room and hotel, uneatable food, not for any animal and not for human. bad smell, broken curtain, load noise from the road,

Dear Omer, First of all, thank you for the generous 2 points you gave our hotel, although we suspect you might have confused the rating system with a form, where you have to input your intelligence quotient. It is quite strange to say the least, that you found a bath in your room, because last time we checked, the room you stayed in came with an immaculate and modern shower cabin. Now this is pure speculation, but is it possible you weren't able to find said shower cabin, so the source of that bad smell was in fact you? Weirdly enough, the vast majority of our human and animal guests (especially our regulars: giraffes and wombats) compliment our cuisine. That said, the next time you visit us we'll invite a chef with expertise in molecular gastronomy to come up with something acceptable for you.

Das Zimmer war gut und man konnte nichts aussetzen, aber Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht gut. Beim Frühstück wurde nach dem dritten Tag der Ankunft endlich mal eine Folie über den Aufschnitt und Käse gelegt wegen den Fliegen. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück und total lieblos angerichtet. Beim Abendessen waren wir nur einmal und sind dann auswärts essen gegangen. Standard von einem Motel und ich bin bestimmt nicht anspruchsvoll 😥. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter

Ubytovanie staršie ale pekné -čisté, wellnes starší ale na chvílku postačí. Vynikajúca masáž! Vrelo odporúčam. Všetko super, okrem jedla. Najhoršie na celom pobyte bola kuchyňa. Nevieme kto vymýšľal jedlo a prílohu ale na večeru v 35 stupňovom horku si dať vysmážaný syr a ešte s jedinou možnosťou prílohy a to ryžou asi nie je vrchol gastronómie... Museli sme sa ísť najesť mimo hotela. Druhý deň o dosť lepšie a pochutili sme si. Možno len náhoda. :-)
