Hospitality scored a o at this property. Check in is posted for 3:00 and we arrived early trying to get in our rooms and the lady at the desk was bound and determined not to let us have them until 3:00 PM. Even though the hotel was almost completely empty “our” rooms were not going to be ready until then. We sat in the lobby and witnessed them checking other people in. I had always liked Holiday Inn Express until now. An experience that didn’t need to happen.

Nice check in, clean room and comfortable bed. Thankful that it was quiet around us! The breakfast was good! We'd stay here again.

The only thing I would say is they need to clean their shower heads.

The room was nice and very clean.
Unfortunately the cartons of milk in the provided breakfast were sour and when this was pointed out to them they had no alternatives.

Wish they didn't have laminate floors. You can here people walking around.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Management was responsive to room keys not working.
