Rooms not done overnight, sauna not turned on in the Am so had to turn on ourselves and wait for it to heat up.

Ordered the top room with steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Got there and it was a walk in tub that didnt even work and just a normal shower. Couldve at least told us before hand

Property is quite small and there were very few guests when we were there. I didn't see anyone using the spa facilities, and if you aren't receiving treatments, there is little to do on the property (there are walking trails and bikes available). The restaurant staff were very nice, but there weren't enough working to adequately serve even the few guests dining. Front desk staff were very pleasant but unfortunately you can't speak to staff on site when you call, as the calls are forwarded to an overseas call centre who can't provide appropriate information to plan your stay.

It is one the best hotel spa resort near Toronto. Perfect place for having relaxing away from busy stressful life in Toronto. Steam room, outdoor jetted bathtub, and breakfast were really good. Our room was very spacious. Staff were really nice. I really suggest this resort.

Thoroughly enjoyed both our stays and already contemplating our next excursion! We appreciate the small intimate getaway…adults only and family like atmosphere! Options to make it a “spa” retreat or a “veg” for a few days in peace, quiet and nature atmosphere was what drew us to this location! Highly recommend!

The staff! Accessible, pleasant, helpful, and always available. Rachel our server at three breakfasts was a delight. The spa director Andrea who treated me twice was wonderful. Everyone we encountered made it feel like a real holiday. The yoga experience was perfect especially when the weather allowed for being outside. The facility is relaxing and in no way pretentious or snooty. We felt like queens and will definitely come back!
