Pleasant and spacious room, staff friendly, food looked good but unfortunately couldnt get booked in for a meal as it was very busy.

Very dated rooms , damp smell going up a million steps to the room, shower had no pressure and could barely move in the cubicle even tho the bathroom wasnt to small itself!
Bar smelt like a mop bucket. Heard the steak was good but couldn't get a table so had a steak in the more modern adam and eve.

The staff at The Tavern were great, really helpful and friendly. The food at the Tavern was excellent too.

Room Clean & Tidy but could do with updating
Parking is an issue as you have to park in long stay car park which is 5 minutes walk / 200 yards from property.
