Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place.

Excellent choice for a trip to San Pellegrino Terme and Bergamo.
Breakfast is bit limited fo the price.
Hotel restaurant quality vs price is average.

Customer service at its finest!
Posted 3 Jul 2018 on HotelsThe service was amazing, our plane was delayed by 2 hours and the man (sorry can't remember his name) still came to pick us up even though it was 2am. He was very kind and acted like it was no problem at all. As we were travelling by bus the location wasn't ideal as buses were infrequent, although this may have been because but it was a Saturday. If travelling by car it would have been nice problem at all. The room was great and we even got toiletries. Great black out blinds too! A wonderful overnight stop on our journey to Lake Como!
