Pro: Room size
Cons: nonprofessional and unfriendly staff at the reception desk during my check-in (it took 40 minutes to check-in and I had to contact Orbitz), Hard to control hot/cold water for shower,

The Renion is great. Breakfast is incredibly good, with so many tasty choices. Sauna is super clean and modern, yet shows respect for the old style traditions too. Rooms are safe, and the staff are very nice and work hard to accomodate special requests and make your visit memorable. The location is good too--close to the park and bazaar in the central part of town, and even the gorgeous mountains are not very far away. The hotel is a great balance between cost and features.

Clean and comfy, but hard to adjust room temp
Posted 29 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is super-clean, staff is very friendly. My only complaint would be room temperature - it got very hot for some reason (maybe the light give off heat?) and I had to open the window. Also, food from the restaurant was a big strange - salad dressing was extremely sweet, like syrup. But otherwise, there was a great deep bath tub, two bath robes, all the toiletries one might need.

I reserved queen apartment via Expedia. Then when we arrived, they had no Queen apartments, only twin apartment or standard room. The standard room was extremely small!
