The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a bit hard for my liking…I know that’s completely subjective!). The elevator was out for the duration of my stay. I was on the second floor so that wasn’t the end of the world but having someone to help guests with bags would have been a nice touch. The parking lot was full of potholes, BIG potholes. There was nothing attractive about the exterior of the building. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but it smelled good!

Broken electrical outlet; leak in faucet in tub; broken phone; broken elevator; pool closed; faulty key cards Great breakfasts; very helpful desk staff; comfortable bed

We were a bit late to get breakfast but the woman cleaning up went out of her way to go into kitchen and bring us out some muffins and a yogurt

The towels had hair on them, the bathroom had hair in the corner and the bed had hair all over the blankets. The room also had no hot water. I did tell staff about the water when checking out and they did refund some of the charges

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Upon checking in, found out that neither were functional which completely ruined the whole stay. Will not be back and will spread the word.

Hotel was reasonably priced, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the pool was finally reopened.
