The man staffing the front desk had obviously had a bad day and was extremely rude during check in. When I got to my room I found that the room I had reserved with two queen beds was not the room I was assigned. Instead, we had one king bed. The man at the from desk was unapologetic and simply said there was nothing he could do to fix it.

I was very happy with this hotel. Our room was huge. Very nice pool and hot tub. Front desk staff was SUPER nice. A TON of breakfast options. On the negative side, breakfast one day had watery scrambled eggs and the cheapest and most tasteless bacon. The second day it was better.
