Great location, but service could be better
Posted 30 Dec 2021 on HotelsWonderful view in the morning and nestled in tea farms. We're accommodating with our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was no daily housekeeping. For example, we never got new towels in the 3 nights we stayed. When we arrived, the front desk man watched us carry out luggage up the stairs without offering to help. Also, when we went to claim our breakfast, a group of 15 or so who arrived after us were served first.

Very good located. The owners are very helpful and offer an excellent service. The rooms are very clean and neat. The breakfast is delicious and if requested vegetarian is as well served.

沒有太多裝飾的民宿，座落在茶園內及鄉間小路，連住二天，沒整理沒補水毛巾，像是自個家。週邊可以去迷糊步道、福山古道、霧之道⋯，也可到奮起湖，皆方便一日遊

房間雖大，但地板會黏，令人感到不適。清晨也看不到如山上的日出景。
