The staff went out of there way to tell my family and I what is around to do as a family. Also in the morning, not only had breakfast but went out of the way to make a breakfast that didnt effect our allergies. They were absolutely amazing!

Check in was 3pm and I was told room wasn’t ready. Didn’t check in until 4:30pm. They would not accommodate.

We've stayed at Hampton Inn four times with several other couples. In the evening, we like to visit in the dining area. I appreciate that the staff is always accommodating.

We had a 50th wedding anniversary to attend but we needed to check in early so we could get ready and not be late for the ceremony. We arrived early and we were able to check in early and make it to the anniversary on time. Thank you.

There was a lot of renovations being done I believe but that didn’t really bother us much. The dryer didn’t seem to work in the guest laundry area. But Makayla was very nice to use since day 1. She was so helpful and just the sweetest!!! The one thing I will point out is that we noticed the cafeteria lady would put up the strawberries for the waffles at breakfast time when she saw my daughters and husband walking in. I’m not really sure why since we didn’t utilize the strawberries excessively. But other than that along with the Expedia representative that was quite rude and wanted to cancel my entire stay after thinking we had upgraded to a suite after paying an extra fee, our stay was overall pleasant.
