Staff were great. Cleaning was thorough. Breakfast was simple but sustaining. Great traffic links with bus outside and tram 4 minutes away. Location good with beach and ocean 2 minutes walk away. Some updating of bathroom fixtures require.

Nice clean friendly hotel.
Posted 3 Nov 2019 on HotelsStaff were all great and friendly. The only thing that I would mark it down on is the food. Breakfast could have had an egg included in the menu. The evening meal started at 8pm which for us would be too late. We would have preferred at earlier time which would give time to explore Alacante a bit more. Also we do not like eating late at night. Having said that we would go back again.

Thank you for your feedback. In the winter we serve cold buffet breakfast, nevertheless everybody can complement hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages or whatever they like with a small supplement as we have homemade kitchen.

Nice clean place. Great food. Ideal situation for days out in Alicante, but also San Juan is a resort of it's own. Pleanty of decent bars and food places. I would highly reccommend Hotel Castilla. We were there out of season, but the pool looks like it would be an ideal playground during the summer months.
