A great hotel just off the beach in beautiful Alicante. The staff was warm and welcoming. Restaurant and bar had great options. Room was very warm and comfortable. Pool area was really nice. Just a nice place to visit!

Good- food. Good- ambience. Good-bar
Good- gardens
Not so good -Small rooms ( really small)
Paper thin walls where everything can be heard from neighbouring rooms.
Poor couldn’t validate my credit card despite it working normally. No help offered.

I didn’t put 5 stars because it seems that it could be better insulated, the next door guest was extremely unpleasant and complaint about my TV noise and conversations in our room. Maybe, the rooms could be better insulated to avoid the issues and bad moments we had, because the guy hit the wall very loudly and demanded that we shut up… so that was not pleasant, and made the rest of our stay slightly uncomfortable because we were worried that he would do it again.
