The beds were in bad shape, the ventilation system was not working , the breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was undrinkable, the toilet stuff was of poor quality.
This is a motel rather a hotel

This hotel was in the perfect location whereby you could walk to any where you wanted. Staff were very friendly and on hand with everything. The only downside is that the room had no heating and it did get chilly but they were able to provide addition covers. I would definitely book again if I was to go back to Alicante

Brilliant location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a smell of drains in the bathroom. If was staying more than one night would have asked for move.

Nice hotel in city center

Mi amiga y yo nos quedamos allí por dos noches , la ubicación es excelente y está cerca de todo . El personal muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que fuera necesario.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms had renovated. The bathroom was spectacular. The hotel is situated on a big square, very close to the beach and also for strolling and shopping. I’d recommend Eurostars in Alicante to anyone.
