Perfect location, walking distance to the historic part of the city. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffete breakfast.
BUT:
- no parking availability (it was very important for me to choose this place to stay),
- had to change my room, because it was the interior one with the window overlooking a small dark courtyard and 2 beds instead of 1 that I asked,
- the reception didn't know about the VIP check in and the spirit bottle included on arrival. Had to ask twice to get it

Very easy to get around alicante walking from the hotel...the old town,castle and the beach.

Not normal Eurostar standard
Posted 12 Feb 2024 on HotelsRun down gym, no cleaning materials in gym, air on could not switch on…had to go to Reseptionen twice to have it fixed. Staff not engaged…reported exsersice bike broken….dont think they even understood
