Well appointef, clean, comfortable. Not too social
Posted 6 Feb 2023 on HotelsClean, easy check in, quiet sleep, working wifi, bathrooms and showers in good shape, lockers, shelf/storage and outlet at bed. Heat and aircon. The bed light is blinding and the common area is closed along with cafe/reception at night but it's a good location and a safe, comfortable stay. Plus an elevator so no taking the stairs!

Could of been better

The friendly staff are more than accommodating the lady there in reception was so helpful and kind to me I would go back to see her as she was totally awesome and the clean bright and modern environment was a lot more value for money than expected.

Had to walk the streets all night.
Posted 27 Sep 2018 on HotelsWhen i arrived utvwas closed although it stated reception would be open until 11pm. I had previosly advused the hostel and hotels .com that I may arrive late due to a late flight arrival. I was told this was okay as arrangements had been made. Emergency contact details were useless as only a voicemail servuce that no one replied to. Even after contacting hotels.com I was given no assistance and was leftbto spend rhe night on the streets until bus services resumed the next morning. To add insult to injury I was also told that I would be charged for the room I did not get to occupy. Overall a horendous experience that I never want to repeat.

Cheap and convenuent for short term stay.

Easily Access from the bus stop, shopping center, and Santa Babara Castle.
Kind service, but prepare some towel and soap for shower and bath otherwise you must pay for them.

Posted 15 Jul 2016 on EbookersFriendly staff, clean place and cheap. Area is perfect if you need to travel to and from airport (bus stop 5 mins away) and 10 mins to some great restaurants and bars
