It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations will not be ruined.

The hotel is very different from the pictures they posted. The bed was rock hard, the av barely worked and the Internet didnt connect. The neighbour was great but I wouldn't stay here again.

This is a 3 star hotel that used to be a 4 star and is creeping toward 2 star remember to take cash with you as no cards are accepted Traffic to and from this hotel is horrendous The exposition center to the hotel is usually an hour by taxi

My booking was for two weeks but becouse of the unclean room and very bad breakfast and internet I complain to the expedia and the return my money back and I change to oasis hotel which is more and more clean
