One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle.

Tres bien mais pourrait mieux facilement
Posted 20 Nov 2023 on HotelsService sympathique mais parfois les agents de sécurité ignorants et désagréables ne doivent pas travailler à la réception. Internet ne fonctionne pas, à aucun des étages. C est super la navette de et vers l aéroport. Ça serait mieux si vous preniez le numéro de vol et le nom pour attendre. Sinon on est perdu lors de notre première visite.

Friendly and helpful staff, well maintained hotel, free airport shuttle, five-minute walk from the nearest tram station.

the staff was good and helpful. it is also close to tram station. clean room, no noise. internet was an issue, failing all the time.
