Extremely poor water flow from bathroom basin taps.
Poor coffee quality from machines.
Very good breakfast but not laid out in a practical order which meant a lot of unnecessary walking to collect associated foods.
Reception staff need better standard English.
Well positioned in town.

The property is relatively close to Old Town which can be accessed by driving, shuttle bus (when it's running), or walking. The property itself is dated and bathrooms need a good deep clean or renovation (grout between the tiles was either missing completely or black). Parking was an issue (holiday weekend) - if you absolutely need parking, make sure you reserve a spot with the hotel.

Excellent helpful friendly staff. Fast and efficient check in/out. Excellent buffet breakfast, goid bar and restaurant.

The VIP benefits were great and the staff provided excellent service. I did not like that the spa had many things out of order and they force you to buy a swim cap. The food was also not good quality
