Left outside waiting , no one was at front desk
Posted 20 Oct 2023 on HotelsI booked at around 8pm and drove 3 hours to get to the hotel and the door was locked I rang the door bell for 30 mins and nothing , yelled to get someone attention and nothing , don’t book this hotel with out calling first to see if someone is there working or you will be left outside

Beautiful B&B; away from old town. We walked everywhere - takes about 15-20 mins to Lagos old town. Magaa at the front desk was very helpful. Good breakfast every morning.

Nice hotel!, our corner room with attached bath was clean and comfortable. Though room did not have a window the hotel had a nice view from the top floor. Included breakfast was wonderful the best part was fresh orange juice. Will go back to this hotel:-)

I think that this hotel is greatly overlooked as it deserves to be more than a 2 star! I loved how it had a nice garden outside our room. It had a very home feel and I wish I would have stayed longer!
Very impressive terrasse with a nice viewpoint and game room. The place felt like being in a tropical destination!
The room was decent and I liked how it had shampoo/body wash dispensers in the room. For some people who want more space in their room it might be a bit of an issue but I really didnt mind it since we didnt need that much space. It was located in a quiet area and not a far walk from the beach. It was less than 10min drive to the marina so we just took an uber to get there and it didnt cost much (5euros).
The free breakfast that came with it was absolutely amazing! It had a wide range of options including eggs with some pastries and fresh fruit (most probably from the garden around). One of the best breakfast I have had!
So dont be fooled with the 2 star rating as this bed and breakfast exceeded my expectations!

Good Hotel/Hostel
Posted 27 Sep 2018 on HotelsThis place would be perfect if not for the shared bathrooms which did not seem adequate for the number of bedrooms. Also we arrived one hour before check in hoping to store luggage, as with any normal hotel, but were greeted with annoyance, but were allowed to store the luggage. Not a good first impression anyway.
Otherwise they’ve done a great job making this a pleasant and fun place to stay. Very nice pool/bar area and two more levels with a recreation room and terrace. Breakfast was great.

Name is deceiving. Not really a great ocean view. Room was clean but needed a little TLC.

Good Value Hotel
Posted 17 Apr 2018 on HotelsStayed there for 1 night. Room was adequately furnished with good wifi access and most importantly very clean. It was a rather chilly night but the blankets kept us warm at night as there is no heating provision in the room.
We drove to the hotel so we are not too sure whether the city and the beaches are within walking distance.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise when compared to more upmarket hotels. Fresh orange juice, coffee and bread did it for us.
Overall it was one of the better value places that we stayed during our road trip through Spain and Portugal.

Good hostel in Lagos
Posted 3 Oct 2017 on HotelsVery nice Hostel, Magda is the name of the woman who checked us in and she was great. The other staff members weren't as good as she was. Overall very good place with a good location.
