We arrived a little after 6 pm. Their office was closed. Dragged luggage over cobblestones but was unable to connect with them through phone or texting. Finally rented accommodations at another hotel. Would expect a refund and an apology.

Very quiet and centrally located. Walkable.to restaurants and ferry to the beach.

Well equipped property with everything you need. Couldn't fault it.
The addition of a tea towel and 1 or 2 washing tablets would have been ideal
