Location couldn’t be better. One direction beach 3 mins, another direction the marina 3 minutes. Really clean and really good sized rooms.

Property is tired and very dated everything from the entrance foyer to the dining room are ancient the bedrooms and bathrooms require major overhaul

Staff pleasant. Breakfast poor. Food not covered, therefore frequently cold and subject to flies landing. Guests filling drinks bottles from juice dispenser, drinking and refilling. Disgusting, especially in these Covid times. Staff didn’t intervene. Poor quality food . Terrace of our room covered in seagull poo, remained there for all of our stay. Furniture tired. Popular with golfers. Easy access to Marina. Please try to give a donation to the guy who stands opposite hotel with a little dog called Bobby. He is genuine.

A sea view would have been a better choice, staff helpful and friendly, limited sport channels on TV

Convenient to restaurants and activities. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful but hotel bar was quite expensive as compared to other nearby establishments.

We booked a stay in the presidential suite with the hot tub. The room was very large and nicer than the photos online. Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly. I have scored lower as my husband had an accident on the balcony where he stepped on a cracked tile which gave way under his foot, severing the tip of his toe. The staff were very helpful in giving first aid and the technician came round straight away to sort the issues. The tiles are suspended about a foot higher than the floor and only sat on a few brackets on the edge meaning that they wobble and if broken you can fall through. It would not stop us from staying in this hotel again as everything else was great and I would recommend it but do not walk on the balcony without shoes on!

Ive been using this hotel twice a year for many many years. The staff are superb and many have also been here over several years.
