Excellent value for money , room nicely decorated good quality bed linen and towels. Food good and staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel - rooms clean and high quality. Excellent evening meals and breakfast. Very heloful staff. The village of Luss us very picturesque.

Poor service read review

Terrible communication. Needed to move room to another day due to ferry issues They didn’t pickup the phone . Didn’t return calls after leaving voice message and when they did pickup . Promised it was all good and a new booking was sorted then 2 days later took my money and didn’t swap booking and hotels.com where just as useless at sorting . No room no refund just money taken for nothing

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I do feel the need to point out that it is disingenuous. As standard for all hotels, we have a cancellation policy and are therefore well within our right to take payment for your room if you do not show up, regardless of the reason for this. When you contacted us we agreed to make an exception in your case due to the issues that you mentioned. We informed you that you needed to contact Expedia or Hotels.com to cancel the booking and we would accept this free of charge and we have since confirmed this procedure with them. As per our telephone conversation yesterday, we have had no such request for this and therefore our hands are tied in this situation. Regards,Alistair ProwGeneral Manager
