The customer service that was displayed by Amber at the front desk was top notch. She showed patience, kindness, empathy, and was very professional ! She went above and beyond with her service. The staff in general was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty. The service was very polite. My family truly enjoyed their Bday stay at this location. Thanks for the good memories!!

Nice stay and very clean & comfortable rooms. The hotel staff was very nice from the front desk staff, the kitchen staff, as well as the cleaning technicians. The hotel serves a great breakfast.

Overall nice and somewhat quiet. Check in was ridiculously slow for no reason. I believe everyone was new.

Our room was ok, the phone had crackers or something on the receiver. The whole hotel was in need of towels and wash cloths and we were told there were not anymore. This was a major problem. Three employees there tried to help all they could, that was Arthur in the kitchen, Sean at front desk, and Psalm. Some of the people tried to help others did not care. POOOOOOR management. And I would not stay there again. I hope you take care of these complaints.

The property is well kept and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel sits off the road and it's a quiet environment.

The room was extremely hot! Our entire wall near beds had no working outlets or lights. Had to constantly lower air to try to sleep .
