We loved our stay in our Lake View Executive Suite. The view of Loch Lomond was beautiful and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The front desk staff members were incredibly kind, helpful, and polite.

Absolutely superb from top to bottom, if I was going to be really picky th3 portion size in the restaurant was a little small for me.
The rest was superb and you don’t get views like that anywhere

2nd stay here and didn’t disappoint, had nice room with superb Loch view, great breakfast too so I’m sure I’ll be back.

I thought the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly, hotel and room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good also. I couldnt fault any of the hotel. My fault was with the visitors, they were noisy, banging doors, talking loudly and walking up and down in the corridors at stupid oclock. No consideration for others in the hotel.
