Amazing location on the Mediterranean , a piece of paradise, clear turquoise water and a great place for summer vacation.

Terrible service, if you are not local or dont speak arab do not expect even to be greeted. Front desk dont know anything about customer service, they dont speak english so its very difficult to communicate. breakfast is so average with the same food every day and servers only take care if you are arab. And be careful with the room cleaners they will look every corner of the room looking for anything to extra charge you at check out.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Only breakfast is perfect. A little bit expensive in terms of price per night.

Do not amaze by pictures read reviews first
Posted 30 Jun 2022 on HotelsNot recommended at all! very bad service from the first day of check-in they already charge my son additional extra because according to them kids from 0-12 years old my son is 15 when i booked and its considered Child.next day I went for complementary breakfast while im getting my coffee staff approached me and tell me im Not supposed to be getting food because i didnt paid i felt very embarrassed from the people that they looked at me escorted to the reception This staff should approached me when im sitting then we can discuss.very expensive hotel and rude staff NO respect from guest at all!!! I paid for 1 night and not even a single satisfactory to compliment this kind of hotel

clean qiut place have a beautiful beach but all restaurants are indoor.
