The room has a BAD ant problem. I woke up with them crawling on me! TV picture was grainy and we had no hot water for one of the daya of our trip.

With that being said, we are not able to provide you with a comfortable stay without knowledge of room issues. We keep an active shift log that provided no documentation of these issues you experienced. I have personally spoked with the staff, front desk and housekeeping, who were not aware of your issues either. Please come back and stay with us again in the future, as I am confident we will hit our high expectation mark for you! If you do ever experience a negative issue with us, please bring it forth to the staff immediately so it can be resolved.
