This motel was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. Not only was in not clean and it smelled like urine. It also had a big whole in the bathroom, burn holes in the covers, roaches on the wall, floor wasn't vacuumed, mini fridge had MOLD growing in it. And when requested to be moved the next motel was just as bad as the first one. They don't clean or change the sheets and they tell you to clean it yourself. Staff acted like it was no big deal. The health department would shut that place down.

The bathroom sink had hair in it, the toilet had not been flushed, there was a wet towel in the bathtub. When looking for a plug for phone charger there was dirt and trash behind the head board of the bed. You could see light on 3 sides of the door, one of the locks had been removed. If not for the late hour, the early hour I had to leave and how tired I was, I would have walked off. But the bed was clean and comfortable.

The new staff here at the Baymont in willow park are more than great. They accommodate and allow you to enjoy the property without being over aggressive and rude. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very professional. Thank you Baymont for your hospitality and I for one just love Marla to death. She's so sweet and greets everyone with a smile

Hotel room was dingy and had a hole in the cabinet, a/c also did not work in the first room. Second room smelled like it had been smoked in and had a hole in the cabinet as well. Didn't end up staying there, got another hotel.

Absolutely disgusting - given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, given another room that looked like bed sheets hadn’t been changed in a month and bugs. We left immediately.

Room had dead crickets in bathroom and sink area. Thin walls, so noise from outside was clear inside

This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel. The lighting was poor inside, having only one lamp in the main room. The bathroom door was swollen on the bottom so that it was very difficult to open and close. The bathroom lighting was garish-difficult to use for makeup etc. The bathroom mirror had been wiped, but was so streaked, we had to clean it in order to use it. In trying to look out the window, again it was very dirty and streaked. Outside on the walkway, someone or something had bled quite a bit, with dog footprints in the blood (it had been there awhile). Somebody's car alarm went off twice in one night and again twice the next day. The advertised "breakfast" choices were cereal or waffles, with juice and coffee. No fresh anything. We were charged a $200 refundable security deposit. This was just overall an unpleasant visit. On the bright side,the man in the office was pleasant and helpful.

Dead crickets in the room, dirty carpet, broken chairs with sharp screws poking out of the wood, the dresser that the tv was on was slanted about to just collapse, no hot water, no back on the tv remote, dead flies in the ice bucket. A gap in the door so you can literally see into out room when the door is closed. Can easily be kicked in. Clearly from reviews this facility has been made aware of these issues already yet nothing done to fix it. It was a place to sleep but I definitely won’t stay here again.
