Very outdated room and zero isolation I could hear the other rooms whisper , breakfast was tasteless

Absolutely loved this place. It is a post card when you take a picture of the water from your ocean view room. We are at home now but i close my eyes and see this incredible beach --- it means we have to vome back :)

The AC does not work if the temp is 25c or less, so you will have to open the balcony door in order to have a good temperature in the room. If you sleep in the rooms looking to the back part you will have a lot of noice starting 5-6am from the kitchen and trash and since you have the door open there is no more sleep after that.

Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach.
Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him.
Seriously brilliant customer service.
Very clean around, nice activities for kids.
Overall very pleasant stay.

The hotel was really nice. Lots of family friendly things to do and staff were amazing. The kids pool with the slides was great and the adults only option offered a nice quiet chill out. I would definitely recommend.

Clean but is a shame that there’s no much entertainment around the hotel area and even activities inside the hotel
